Trade show freight is a world of its own, and TAB Orlando knows it inside and out. We manage the full scope of trade show logistics with the precision these shipments demand. From securing light-scale tickets before loading and heavy-scale tickets after, or additional weight tickets for multi-booth shipments, we handle every documentation requirement with care. Our team ensures drivers check in on time, under the correct booth number, with a confirmed check-in number at the marshaling yard. We work proactively to minimize wait time, reducing unnecessary cost and keeping your timeline intact. Before any truck departs the convention center, we verify that every booth and every piece is accounted for and loaded correctly. White Glove
TAB Orlando's White Glove service is built for freight that demands more than a standard delivery. Whether your shipment requires special handling at pickup, precision at delivery, or both, our team is equipped and prepared. We offer pallet exchanges, on truck shrink wrapping for loose or sensitive cargo, and additional labor for oversized or odd shaped items that need extra hands to offload and bring inside safely. Every detail is accounted for, because when your customer is on the receiving end, their experience reflects yours. We treat every white glove shipment with the care and attention it deserves, from the first pick up to the final placement.
